Finding the Clues

We went to the park for orienteering and we found lots of clues. We had to look on the pictures to see where we were going to go first. When we had found all the clues we went to Lynn.

Crossing the road

Today we practised crossing a real road with Constable Taina. We did a great job and are ready to keep practising with our parents. We were all awarded certificates.

Police car seat belts

We went in Constable Taina's police car and practised putting on our seat belts.

Safe Walking

In our first Safe Walking session Constable Taina talked to the children about NOT coming to school by car. She also gave them their first practice at crossing the road - within the school grounds. The children were asked to practise at home.

Making shapes

We made shapes with our bodies in the playground. We had to think about how many sides and corners our shapes needed.
