Our poem this week is called 'Mr Monarch'. We read the poem through and discussed it. We looked at photos of Monarch butterflies and talked about their shape, colours and patterns. Then we used oil pastels, vivid markers and dye to create our Monarch butterfly artworks.
I love the butterflies - the children have clearly put in a lot of effort to create their masterpieces!
